From the moment we source our meats to the time they reach your kitchen, we follow strict processes to ensure top-tier quality and reliability—so chefs and procurement managers can order with confidence.
It all starts with farm selection. We source from trusted farms with a strong track record in quality and welfare. Every product is inspected for temperature, cleanliness, and cross-contamination risks. Any that don’t meet our standards are reviewed by our Quality Assurance Manager and may be rejected.
Each accepted product is logged into our factory system and receives a unique batch code ensuring full traceability throughout production.
Our factory systems sync with production to fulfil orders and manage stock. To prevent cross-contamination, we have separate production rooms for red meat, poultry, and allergen-containing products like burgers and meatballs.
Finished orders are labelled with traceability details from intake to delivery. We conduct monthly traceability tests and annual product recalls ensuring our system remains reliable and effective.
